Our drivers are paid percentage pay with excellent earning potential. Many drivers earn in excess of $60,000 per year. We feature weekly direct deposit into the bank of your choice, home time based on drivers needs, and generally our trucks are home weekly. Drivers are provided with fuel cards, featuring discounts and the ability to earn vendor rewards. Cash advances are also allowed.
We offer Wellmark medical insurance with a prescription plan, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, AFLAC and 401k with company matching funds to help you achieve your retirement goals. Your benefit package will start 90 days from your hire date or the first of the month following your 90 day hire date. We feature holiday pay, vacation pay, referral bonuses, safety incentives, anniversary awards, cell phone discounts, and beginning implementation of wellness benefits. We require a minimum of 18 mos. driving experience and 23 years of age. Driving records must be free of at-fault accidents in the last three years and minimal moving violations will be considered. You must have a valid CDL in your place of residence and meet all federal safety regulations. Company physicals are required prior to hire.
